About Me
I build brands from the bones out.
I built KHWorks to be a woman-owned studio that works across media and industries. I build brands from the bones out, creating identities that live, breathe, and grow. I’m curious. I start with strategy, so that everything I make is thoughtful and holistic. I’m known for playful visuals and out-of-the-ordinary experiences, from websites and books to packaging and printed matter. Plus, my clients tell me I’m fun to work with.

Creative Direction & Design
Kristen Haff, fearless leader.
I studied graphic design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, moved to NYC to intern with Mucca Design. I managed to finagle my way into designing book covers with Penguin Books, then shifted gears to manage the digital design crew at west elm. After an invigorating jaunt in NYC I moved to Richmond, Virginia, where I formed KHWorks. These days I lean in at WCG as VP, Creative to serve Capital One. My life’s greatest joys are my husband and two children (and my one stinky hound dog). I’m handy with a plumber’s wrench, wacom stylus, and karaoke mic.
